Appearance
Slight and wide-eyed, with a faintly green, gilled complexion and slicked black hair. A long black tailcoat over a red waistcoat and a frothy white cravat, pale breeches and tall boots, fumbling with a brass fog mask in gloved hands.
Background
Sutler’s noble family has fallen on hard times — quite literally. Their manor slid off Saltport’s tallest cliff into a flooded pit, where the Unknown turned the whole household into fish-people. Poor, jittery Sutler joined the Delvers to save them, and is putting away every scrap of lunar dust towards a crane big enough to lift the family home back to where it belongs. Or at least out of the mud.
