Dowsing Odd relay crew · pre-generated Delver · Hardy brawler who dishes out and soaks up damage
Art: Time Without Tide Quickstart (Chaosium) — official character art.
Played by: Derrick
Appearance
Short, broad and enormously solid, grinning under a mop of spiky hair. He wears his old boiler as a cuirass — a round riveted brass belly-plate stamped with a big Roman IV — over a heavy patched coat, with stacked brass gauntlets on one arm and a pickaxe over his shoulder.
Background
Bunk was born into a family of sewer-smiths and slept in an empty boiler as a baby. When he outgrew it, he hammered it into a breastplate and climbed back in. Fixing Saltport’s pipes is filthy, dangerous work, but somebody has to do it or the monsters come up the drains. Delving is fun, but he knows it’s temporary: one day the hum in his ears will lead him underground, the way it led his mum and sisters, to the family waiting for him beneath the crust.
