Goodheart

Player: Player 5
Class: Cleric of Pelor

Origins

Goodheart is a cleric of Pelor, the Sun and Healer, and he came to Neefox with one purpose: to find the cult that meant to blow up the volcano.

The dead: he examined the dead miners by the crushed ore cart and found how each had died. He offered to preserve their bodies with a prayer so they could be carried out later and given last rites at the church of Bleredd, god of mines and miners, in Neefox.
The burrowers: a spectral mace of Pelor’s light struck the first bulette. His bolt of holy light missed the second when it twisted aside at the last moment.
The ritual platform: he called down Pelor’s guardians, a ring of radiance that burned whatever came near him, and they killed one of the salamanders. His spectral hammer crushed the skull of the last. It looked at him and hissed with laughter: It is too late. I give myself to Tharizdun.
The circle: warded against fire, he went with Forge and Simley to the temple altar and joined hands with them. His hair turned to flame and his eyes glowed red, and he held the chant until the elemental was gone.
