Role: Dock Master on Prospero’s Dream (not yet Dock Master when the crew first met him)
Back when the crew were kids on the station, Loshe — a dockworker and a friend of Jon’s father — supplied them with oxygen tanks and rebreathers for a run into the Choke, in exchange for an ignition coil off a specific model of car abandoned down there. The kids came back with the whole car instead of just the part — stolen right out of Yandee’s garage — likely overpaying him without fully realizing it at the time. He’s since become the station’s Dock Master.
